1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
- Returns: Only applicable for within 7 days from you received the product
2. Refund Process

4. Exclusions

- Products purchased during clearance sales, unless defective.

5. Shipping Costs
- If the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong/damaged item), shipping costs will be fully reimbursed.
- In other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
